On May the 12, 2016 in the auditorium of ONAT named after O. S. Popov the annual beauty contest and talents "Star of the Academy - 2016" was held!
The Moderator of the event - a student of the Institute of ESI of IC and SE - Zubenko Maxim supported the festive mood and the audience cheered the participants.
Wishing success and winning to the girls Rector of the Academy - Vorobiyenko Petro Petrovych, who presented the contestants and the audience with the dance in traditional inflammatory own performance paired with Anastasia Denisova.
Of the 10 participating girls the jury had to choose a charismatic, talented girl who knows how to present herself, tastefully dressed and demonstrate her abilities and to who will be awarded the title of "Star Academy - 2016"!
To solve this difficult problem we the had jury, who included:
The Chairman of the Jury - Rector of ONAT named after O.S. Popov Vorobiyenko Petro Petrovych;
Vice-rector for scientific and research work - Kaptur Vadim Anatolievich;
Head of the Department of Physical Education - Halyuza Sergii Sergiyovych;
Chairman of the student union committee - Eugen Mychaylovych Omelchuk.
Sponsors of the competition were Rector of the Academy, Student Union Committee, cosmetics company "Oriflame", mineral water "Kryvoozerska" and fitness club "Fit Curves".
The first competition - a vibrant parade of the participants, namely:
- Participant under ¹1 Alexandra Rozhkova (ESI RT and IS);
- Participant Under ¹2 Kozhushko Nadiya (ESI CTA and L);
- Participant Under ¹3 Kukharenko Marina (ESI EE and M);
- Participant Under ¹4 Kopanyeva Julia (ESI RT and IS);
- Participant Under ¹5 Kasko Natalia (ESI IC and SE);
- Participant Under ¹6 Bogachenko Anastasia (ESI CTA and L);
- Participant Under ¹7 Cherikova Anastasia (ESI IC and SE);
- Participant Under ¹8 Stalchenko Catherine (ESI IC and SE);
- Participant Under ¹9 Liliya Stepanenko (ESI of PIS);
- Participant Under ¹10 Hruyeva Ruslana (ESI of PIS).
The Next competition was a dance "element" that demonstrated flexibility and vitality of the girls.
The third talent contest - where each of the participant demonstrated their abilities in different directions.
Participant ¹1 Rozhkova Alexandra demonstrated her talent with musical composition «Sunny»; and with her vocals did not leave indifferent anybody in the assembly hall participant in ¹5 - Kasko Natalia. Nadiya Kozhushko under ¹2 recited a poem by Alina Breeze: "And We were standing by the sea." Next to conquer the stage with her incendiary dance "samba" came Stepanenko Lily - ¹9. The song of the band Okean Elzy "That day" was performed by Catherine Stalchenko under ¹8. Anastasia Bogachenko, participating under ¹6, made a dance erformance "Hold me tight". Participant ¹7 Cherikova Anastasia captivated the sensitivity of the audience in the hall with a poem about Mother. ¹3 participant - Marina Kukharenko performed inflammatory dancing composition. Another participant who was under ¹4 - Julia Kopanyeva presented a choreographic staging. And with her ambitious dance the participant number 10 surprised the audience - Hruyeva Ruslana.
The penultimate contest was of actor skills where the girls demonstrated their artistry.
Alexandra Rozhkova embodied the image of the legendary book "Harry Potter." Kozhushko Ndija reproduced the scene from the movie "Caucasian prisoner." Marina Kukharenko performed in the image of Joan of series: "My pretty baby sitter." "Alice in the wonderland" was performed by Julia Kopanyevoyi and she managed to return all the present in the hall to their childhood, into the world of fairy tales. Kasko Natalia showed her artistry in the part of Lyudmila Prokofyevna from the film "The affair at work." Bogachenko Anastasia has chosen the image of Little Red Riding Hood. Nastya Cherikova embodied on the stage of the plot of the series "Svaty." Catherine Stalchenko chose the film ‘’Spy"; Liliya Stepanenko showed a scene from the film "Love and Pigeons". Hruyeva Ruslana performed in the image of Oksana from "Nights at the farms near Dikanka."
While the jury was deciding with the titles for the girls and winners, the Rector of the Academy - Petro Petrovych Vorobiyenko awarded the joint team of ONAT named after O.S. Popov, who won the first place in the Second League of the XXIVth regional student games!
The Rector presented the winners with new volleyball kits with the Academy logo and the inscription: "Academy of telecommunications", and the head of the team - assistant professor of physical education department, PhD – Samokish Ivan Ivanovich was awarded the diploma.
The last competition - defile in evening dresses.

In the concert program the activists of the Center of humanitarian education and development participated, as well as permanent guests of festive events at the Academy - Rachkovska Diana!
All participants received valuable souvenirs - personalized watches, and the winners received gift certificates for access to the fitness club "Fit Curves".
