ONAT n. a. O.S. Popov was a part of Ukrainian delegation, which made a study visit to the Republic of Estonia (Tallinn city) within the Swiss- Ukrainian program called “E-Governance for Governmental Accountability and Community Participation” during 14-16 December, 2016.
According to the program, members of the delegation have studied the Estonia Republic
E-governance model, distance learning system, lectures of Tallinn University and Tallinn Technical University representatives, special aspects of HITSA Fund collaboration with Estonian pupils in hobby groups and the campus business incubator work (startup development).
The Head of National Exhibition Centre of Advanced Training and Recruitment, Hapanovich I.V., passed the electronic version of Tallinn University Master’s program for studying and analyzing to the departments of ONAT n. a. O.S. Popov.
