November 24, 2016 in ONAT n. a. O. S. Popov (Odesa, Ukraine) there was the 3rd meeting of the Steering Committee (CC) of the Centre for Professional Excellence (CPE) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
At the opening of the 3rd CC of CPE of ITU in CIS with welcoming words were: Rector of Odesa National Academy of Telecommunications named after O.S. Popov Mr. Petro Vorobienko; the head of ITU zonal office for CIS countries Mr Orozobek Kayykov.
Among the discussed questions during the 3rd meeting of the Steering Committee of the Centers of professional excellence were also noted: "Review of the Management Committee of the CPE of ITU in CIS", "General information about the Network CPE and activity of the CPE," "The results and plans of ITU in building capacity" "Report on the CPE in the CIS countries in 2016", "Overview of the work of the Steering Committee of the CPE in ITU in the CIS", "Key aspects of the financing of the CPE (in particular the distribution of the resulting tuition fees)", "Work Plan for 2017", "Offers of the activities on the directions in the CPE activities after VKRE-17. "
The meeting was attended by 11 representatives from 6 countries of the CIS, including 4 representatives who took part via remote video conferencing, and three representatives of the ITU.
